Gooday, can anyone shed some light on how this team , its coaches and management are selected?

The head coach is Jerome Paarwater. The union sent out an email a while ago to all the clubs. Coaches then had to apply for the assitant coach position. The team manager is the same one from last year(UCT). Like last year every club can nominate 2 players from there own club who they think are good enough. The selectors also pick players. This year the tournament will only be a week long and will start in September. Just my 2cents...

No, we had a player in the team last year and we were in PLA. If I'm not mistaken, there were some guys in the squad that were in even lower leagues as well.
