On Saturday Ederies looked the fittest Ive ever seen him

If that boy can just maintain proper conditioning then he can go all the way.
He also looked liked he picked up a yard of pace.

With proper conditioning and diet, there is no reason why Ederies can challange for a Stormers spot in 2012.

I would also play Jody Birch ahead of Hartzenberg.

agreed - Ederies is fitter than he has ever been. he has been praciting with the WP setup the entire year already and played 2 games already. You right when conditioned he can go all the way. Juast saw the team for Wed evening from a SKW perpsective that not so good because we playing on SAT so fatigue might be a problem - 5 players in this team

Glad to see Tiger Bax on the bench, one seriously talented youngster. Did not know he was back from the UK. We certainly have depth.

I think its cool Dobson has chosen some club players - i think its a good call but brave to choose Ideries say ahead of a contracted guy like Bax. also agree Burch should have been in ahead of Yaya

Ederies have had a more consistent season to date and yes he deserves atleast a shot! As for Bom I think this guy is over rated. I have seen better wings playing in SLA 2nd teams so in my opinion we their is much better wings in the SLA. Yes he had a good game against Hammies but his defence has a huge question mark.

Ederies is a mecurial talent that in some ways had his career disrupted by unsound advice. I am just grateful he is plying his trade in our Province. He has the ability to be a SUPERSTAR. Hopefully his versatility won't count against him.

Nice looking team......

Agree with your comments 100%. Ederies is top class and I hope he takes the opportunity. I saw Bom play earlier in the season for WP and he was awful, particularly on defence. However I dont want to judge him on one game, I believe he has been great at club level.

Ederies came through the excellent ranks of Collegians.  He then moved to DurBell for a season before joining SKW last year.  Able to play all positions in the backline except scrum-half (maybe he can but I haven't seen him).

He is a potent force on attack, great turn of pace & deceptive swerve. IMO he needs to brush up on defence as well (let in a few soft tries against Durbies recently).  Also need to decide on where his best position is & concentrate on that, else being a utility back may restrict his progress.

I have seen Bom play a couple of games in the past as well as this season and he seldomly proved my judgement on him wrong. Like i said ealrier he had a good game against Hammies the past weekend but good players should consistently play well.
