LAW CLARIFICATION
Good morning everyone, I have to bits of info I need clarity on .. if you'd be so kind as to provide your feedback:
Scenario 1 : Tackled player on the ground, arriving player plays the ball supposedly on his feet. He supports his body weight with his one hand on the ground, or in some cases forearms and head ... Is this legal?
Scenario 2 : Ruck is formed , attacking support player 'cleans' ruck, but launches from way behind last feet and not bound to any team mate, contact is also made with the shoulder and no arms wrapped around the 'cleaned' player. ... on many second phase ball this happens where the players is cleaned out and the cleaner uses no arms but shoulder and heads are leading into contact ... is this legal ?

RE:LAW CLARIFICATION
My understanding is none of the two scenarios are legal...some referees tend to think otherwise too often.

Agree. Both are illegal and should result in a penalty

Thanx gents .. for the clarity, the way these things are reffed especially at club level is very worrying. Even at Super level, these things are happening and its dangerous .. makes you wonder why everyone was supposed to complete the Boksmart course.
