What is happening to the Rangers. May I add I happened to have watched 2 games and the rugby played was pathetic. Looks like they have lost the plot.  I was always impressed with the type of rugby that  they played but currently they are the talk of the town (not good conversation). Get rid of deadwood and perhaps you may seee some light. I bumped into 2 players and there are clearly unhappiness in the camp.

Howzit Jakes, as with every club, there's problems, issues and politics. We've not gotten outta 2nd gear this season with the exception of a couple of games.

My take is that this person is probably a person that is associated to the club in some way who comes to hide here on a forum not really knowing whats happening within the camp. Perhaps this person could lend their expertise to take the level of rugby to a level above? The invite is there. By talk of the town Im pretty sure its only one town .. lets no go any further ..

Im not sure if he refers to deadwood from a player , coach or management perspective ... player average age = 24/25 and in good physical condition .. if you want coaches out why not recommend that at General Council meetings which everyone can attend , management .. again .. attend some meetings and have your say ...

Being an ex Ranger , and watching them play last season , I stand fully behind your word. The team is got the talent and maybe as you say they need motivation and not any negativity around them. Maybe they only need a spark to get them going again, and hopefully the second round will alight. Good luck

We played Rangers twice this season, and what I can add is that they are a good bunch of guys, one or two players (on the bench) that needs to shape up on their discipline, but dont we all have one or two of those characters :-) Keep up the good work Josh, I salute Rangers!

I thought as much. Having played for Rangers and attended several of your pre-season rugby days in the past I believe the person to be a disgruntled individual who is using this forum to generate discontent. The Rangers family were always a happy bunch.

I always find it so amazing how "revelations" of unhappy members always surface when a club is supposedly not doing well. That seems to be the natural reaction to not wanting to lose and that goes for all other clubs as well.

I dont know what is happening at Rangers, but what I can say is that whatever grievances this person might have must be dealt with internally and in a forum that will definitely give him/her a hearing. Its no use coming here on a public forum to air dirty laundry about the club. If anything it is hugely disrespectful and serves no purpose whatsoever other than defaming the name of a particular club.

I reckon a clubs first season in a new league up to Premier A, is always their best chance to take the league.Rangers as the ''Unknown''did very well last season but this season clubs are preparing better for them and their players have played at Surrey Estate before.Many clubs in Premier A have been in that league for up to 8 years.Rangers are not doing too bad, but I think they have probably set themselves higher goals.....

Hopefully that game comes sooner rather than Later.

People can comment all they want about things looking fine and Rangers being a good buch and all you have. But if you dont know the ins and outs then all you doing is just filling the topic. Facts People Fcts is what it is all about.

You can never do that. But Like I said, The truth is all that matters man. If people cant handle the truth then they not worthy to be in the Positions that they are.
