Springbok team vs All Blacks
Bok team: F Steyn, JP, Fourie, De Villiers, Habana, James, Du Preez; Spies, Rossouw, Brussow, Matfield, Botha, J duP, Smit c, Beast.
Reserves: B duP, Steenkamp, Mostert, Deysel, Hougaard, M Steyn, Aplon.

Is it my imagination or is Snorre choosing a team based on form of 4 years ago.
I would choose Juan de Jongh ahead of Jean de Villiers and Aplon ahead of JP.
Is Butch James on form?
I hope that Fourie du Preez has a sudden return of form when he sees the ABs on the same field as him, because so far this season he has not been a shadow of his former self.
I applaud the return of Beast - we really missed him.
Do we honestly not have another quality captain?

RE:Springbok team vs All Blacks
Guys, there are those of us who moan abaout the WP team and the make-up of it, yet we ask for names of players who are better and none can be given (save 2 or 3).

Now I ask you, name names of who are form players? These so called in form players then got pak against the All Blacks and Ozzies!

I am all for Smit, Matfield, Jean, Habanna, Fourie, JP, Bakkies, Schalk and co... The pretenders had thier cahnce, they failed heavily. Go die Bok!!!

True, let's hope these class players can hit form soon.

My argument still stands, even though the team was for the Wallaby match. We lost - hopefully the team will sort itself out before the knock-out stages of the world cup. That's when it really counts.

My concern is that we still dont have a decent flyhalve, and Jean and Jaque not really doing the bussiness at the moment.

Lets hope they make it to the knock-outs ...
The Bokke should not be getting ahead of themselves...

I am also disturbed at the lack of comment on the blatant Bok thuggery. You are supposed to be ambassadors of the game, ambassadors for your country and living examples of everything good for the young guys playing this game.

If the Boks' sole purpose was to inflict injury on others .. they brought the game into disrepute, they were poor in inflicting that pain on the Aussies , rather only inflicting pain on themselves ... sies
