Goodwood's coach publicly critisised the referee for Rangers vs Goodwood post match interview. As part of the losing team I would like to state that this was unjust comments to a well officiated match with no incidents of foul play. I would advise Goodwood's coach to refrain from making these comments in future; this referee was accurate

"EX - GOOROOD BOYTJIE"???

You probably meant that he lived in the Goodwood / Parow region for a few years, and his daughter was apparently in President High School...

For the record, we have only won 2 games in all my years at Goodwood when he was in charge of a game, and both were nailbitters. So our less than 10% winning ratio with this particular referee in charge, is shocking...But hey, that's rugby for you. Some referees have a different interpretation of certain grey areas of the law, and it's up to each team to play the game accordingly. Somehow we could and still can't get it right with this particular referee. But it is up to us to make sure we have a better understanding of the law, and particularly his interpretation of it... 

Maybe the "hate" feeling against Goodwood has got something to do with the fact that some of our boys also attended President High School

The ref mentioned in the aftermatch function that he was an ex-goorrood boytjie Chuck, hence the comment.....

Maybe the refs' not the problem either hey ...

Not saying the referees are the problem, all tongue in the cheek. As I mentoined, we need to get a better understanding of the law, and the players need to be a lot more disciplined in giving away penalties...If you look at our penalty count week in and week out, we are clearly missing the pot and "shitting" on the ground in that department!!!

But we are adressing the issue at the moment, hopefully the "results" with show...
