The fact that he accepted the plea bargain proves the case. He decided to take the easy way out instead of trying to clear his name. He took a guilty verdict of culpable homocide which now gives him a criminal record so clearly he was guilty of something. Also the fact that he paid the family of the cop money as part of the agreement shows that roux offered the money and the poor family jumped at the chance of the money.
I do not think this is a fair result. As i mentioned earlier, yes there is more to the story, but roux killed a man and the trail deserved to go to court.

Mnr D we don't know the facts about the murder or self defence, and we are never going to know because he took the plea bargain to make the process go faster. The state accepted and I think it is unfair to label it like you did.
