I was at the match and it was a real team effort to win the trophy. I was at the match in 1974 when they won the league as well, so it has been a long time coming. Congrats to the players and coaches. 13 matches unbeaten in a row to take the title.
I would also like to say that I thought Vics played with a lot of passion and pride, pushed UCT close, and they and Maties deserve a pat on the back for playing in the right spirit.
