Besides the Collegians result, all matches were tight affairs.

Score not true reflection of the match,Tygers scored 3tries in final 10min,prior 2 that is was a tight game that cud of gone either way.
Coll had major posession, but failed to convert it into points.
Good to see such a big crowd at Florida Park again, its been a while.

RE:SLB Results 21 May
That was a great game with a fantastic crowed and atmosphere at Florida Park. The quality of rugby and intensity was of a high standard.
Collegians lost that game in 1st half. They totally dominatedn possession and territory but only managed to score 6 points.
But Tygerberg scored 4 tries in the end to win quite comfortably. I also believe the referee, JC Fortuin, did not help the game. He allowed both teams to get away with way too much. He is probably the most lenient referee Ive seen for some time now. Not 1 yellow card and that allowed players to be negative. They knew they would not be posted.
I hope I am not going to be misunderstood now, as I believe Tygerberg deserved to win, but the game changed when Tygerberg scored their 1st try from a blatant forward pass. The Coll guys stopped playing. Lesson, you play to the whistle.
The 2nd Coll try was awarded when the linesman (3rd team game referee) overruled JC. He awarded Coll a penalty but then the linesman told him it was a try.
The 3rd Tygerberg try came from an intercept on the Tygerberg goal line. After Coll were bashing away at the Tygerberg line with their forwards for a few minutes. But then threw out a long pass to the left, which Wagenstroom intercepted.
Probably Coll's best performance of the season and very encouraged by it. The guys did very well.
Tygerberg showed on Saturday, that they will definitely be contenders to win this league.
Great game of rugby

I remember the hooker being yellow carded, but im almost sure one
of the loosies went off because of scrum ruling.

Eish!!! Was a nice game between Bellville & Peoples. The atmosphere was awesome, true game spirit. I must say that 14 of Bellville's 1st team, is going to make big name for himself if he continues to play the type of rugby he does. Now thats what i call a real wing with lots of speed. well done Bellville.

RE:SLB Results 21 May
maybe the 1st half was good but afterwards.....look at the half time score and to win by 6 points. If we can get a set of good forwards then..then..maybe SLB will be easy....but its leka club rugby in this League.

RE:SLB Results 21 May
Was a really entertaining game between Young Peoples and Bellville. No fighting, no eye gouging. Tough, hard and clean. The way rugby should be played. Just a pity I was playing with a cold, halftime I felt dead, but pushed through to the end. Unfortunately i was on the losing side.
Hope we can turn things around against Brackenfell this weekend, any players we should keep an eye on?
