Great and important win for Tygerberg. They are definitely playing some excellent rugby, but close for NNK.
It seems like Primrose don't want to win. How many close ones have they lost now?
Kuils River going down to H&H at home is a bit of a shock, but I predicted that. I believe H&H is a good team who should win more games than they lose.
What do one say about Collegians. When we gave score on Radio on Saturday, they were up 27-11. My colleague was already celebrating. But when I received the final score the big man did not even want to stay for the Rangers breyani. He went home. That is how gutted he was.
Brackenfell surprised me to beat Young Peoples like that. Peoples is most definitely in trouble.
But I tip them to beat Collegians this week.
Indeed CF....some very tight games and it will be interesting to see what happens over the next few weeks or so. It was frustrating to watch Roses "butcher" an opportunity to win on Saturday once again. Took the lead at critical period only to hand it back to the opposition on a silver platter. The Bellville guys could not believe there luck with the two very soft tries they were given without much effort, not too mention the dodgy "offside" try.
Two things killing the Roses at the moment....no 1st choice kicker(Sat first time they had a more than 60% accuracy record) and then leaking in soft tries. Way too charitable at the moment. Bellville got there Xmas presents early this year...lol..I hope it ends there though. Primrose def on the up though and will give a lot of teams a hard time still. Hats off to both teams for contributing to spectacle of rugby and congrats to Bellville for taking there chances.
